Some reported benefits: Reviewers mention noticeable health changes for children and generally positive experiences with the products.

Accessible support contact: The Trustpilot listing includes a support email for the company.

Shipping delays: Some customers reported long waits for delivery.

Subscription/refund issues: Reviews mention unexpected charges, cancellation difficulty, and frustrating refund or order-management problems.

Mixed product performance: Some reviewers said certain formulas did not work effectively or had a strong taste.

Low review volume on some platforms: Other sources note only 19 Trustpilot reviews for a related Velvra listing and describe the site as new, which raises trust concerns.

Marketing and legitimacy red flags: Independent reviews cite pressure tactics, generic contact methods, FDA disclaimer language, and lack of scientific proof behind the parasite-cleanse claims.
